She is an alumni of the Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad and has an MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology from the Kakatiya Medical College. She has over a decade long experience in the field of gynecology. She worked as an assistant professor in Deccan Medical College, affiliated to Owaisi Hospital. Her clinical experience includes her work as a registrar in Genesis Hospitals and as a Consultant in some of the leading hospitals in Hyderabad.
