గర్భధారణ సమయంలో ఎలాంటి జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి - Exercising too much in pregnancy is not advisable, we all should have minimum exercise and people who are used to exercising (or) going to gym should be avoided during pregnancy also it is very important that long travels like car travel (or) road travel and air travel is not so good. Especially flight travel is advisable in the middle three months 1st three months and last three months of pregnancy are to be avoided
