Dr. Preetham Kumar

Dr. Preetham Kumar Reddy is a highly experienced Pediatrician and Pediatric Intensivist with over 28 years of clinical expertise. He is currently practicing as a Senior Consultant at Rainbow Children’s Hospital in Hyderabad, with his services available at both the LB Nagar and Secunderabad (Vikrampuri) branches. His vast experience in managing complex pediatric and neonatal cases has earned him a strong reputation among parents and fellow healthcare professionals.

He completed his MBBS and Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Osmania Medical College, followed by a DNB in Pediatrics. To further specialize, he pursued a Fellowship in Neonatology. Dr. Reddy’s clinical interests include managing neonatal respiratory distress, high-frequency ventilation, and pediatric critical care. He is also an instructor for life-saving courses like Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Golden Hour Emergency Management (GEM), contributing to the training of medical professionals in emergency pediatric care.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Reddy has contributed significantly to pediatric research and is a regular speaker at medical conferences. He has authored multiple publications in national and international journals.
