Today we are going to discuss pain during the menstrual cycle which is called dysmenorrhea there are types of dysmenorrhea one is the spasmodic congestive and a mixed type spasmodic is a regular or dysmenorrhea which you see on day 1 day 2 of cycle which will subside with the taking a rest adequate hydration and painkillers the bothersome dysmenorrhea is congestive type where you will have a congestive type of dysmenorrhea in the whole of your abdomen and which will be radiating to your anterior aspect of thighs and posterior aspect of thighs and it is also associated with severe vomitings headache and sometimes giddiness
